Job Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service / Operations Officer who will act as the face of the company at Zuzu Delights.
- This role involves directly working with customers to take orders, answer their questions, managing day-to-day operations, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a minimum HND qualification with at least 1 year of work experience
- Candidate must reside around Yaba
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
- Experience in customer service or operations roles
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Must speak and write crisp and clear English
- Must be able to work on some weekends and holidays.
- Work from the office 23 days a month.
- Should be willing to work with the company long term.
