    Established by ARM in 2015 in honour of its founding CEO, Deji Alli, DAAYTA aims to provide young Nigerians with an opportunity to develop innovative start-up ventures that contribute to Nigeria’s economic growth.

    The Deji Alli ARM Young Talent Award is an ARM initiative in partnership with TechnoVision’s TVC Labs that aims at providing young Nigerians with an opportunity to develop innovative start-up ventures that add sustainable economic value to Nigeria.

    The DAAYTA 2025 initiative is in line with ARM’s commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to build a generation of change leaders who will work together to build a better future.

    The National Center for Education Statistics reported that 32% of STEM degrees in the U.S. were awarded to women in one year.

    Women majoring in computer engineering, nuclear science and software development, amongst others, should not be challenged in funding their dream.

    The program is funded by Cherie Blair Foundation for Women and other partners. Road to Growth equips women entrepreneurs in low and middle-income countries with business skills, financial literacy, networks, and confidence so they can achieve business growth.

    Selection Process

    The Road to Growth program is a  7-week hybrid Programme, that will take place 8-10 hours per week on the Learning Management System (LMS), Virtual Class sessions, WhatsApp Group sessions, and In-person sessions, using innovative classroom management tools.

    Lectures will be delivered in modules that afford participants the flexibility of time to run their businesses, while they participate in the program.

    The core part of the program will include the following modules:
