Overview:
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong experience in Figma, Human-Centered Design, and Responsive Design to join our HRIS web application development project.
This role is crucial in designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for a complex HR system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design UI components and user flows using Figma for the HRIS web application.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of design elements.
- Focus on delivering a seamless user experience with a Mobile-First design approach.
- Apply Human-Centered Design principles to enhance usability and accessibility.
- Ensure the final designs are responsive and optimized for multiple devices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Figma: 2-3 years of experience designing UI components and workflows.
- Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design principles.
- Expertise in Responsive Design and Mobile-First strategies.
