Job DescriptionÂ
- As a UI/UX Designer at Talku Talku, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure the design solutions meet user needs and business goals.
- Your role will encompass all aspects of the design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final design.

Responsibilities
User Research & Analysis:

Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.

Analyze and interpret user data to inform design decisions.

Create user personas and journey maps to guide the design process.
Design & Prototyping:
-
Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.

Create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines.
-
Design responsive interfaces that work seamlessly across different devices and platforms.
Collaboration & Communication:
-
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.

Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating as necessary.

Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Communicate design concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Meet with clients to review design templates, refine the final product, and communicate design concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Work collaboratively with internal teams, including developers, marketers, and solutions consultants, to identify system requirements and ensure UI/UX on web pages are intuitive and engaging.
Usability Testing:

Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on design prototypes.

Analyze test results and iterate on designs to improve user experience.

Maintain a user-centered approach throughout the design process.
Continuous Improvement:

Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve design processes and methodologies.

Advocate for the importance of user experience within the organization.

Optimize interfaces for performance, accessibility, and scalability.

Perform design maintenance tasks such as updating visual elements and improving user interactions.

Troubleshoot and debug design issues as they arise.
Brand Advocacy:

Be a positive online and offline brand ambassador for Talku Talku.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of WordPress CMS and Elementor Page Builder is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
