Job Description
This is an internship role located in Abuja. As a Tech Support Intern at Codelab LLC Nigeria, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to internal teams and clients, troubleshooting technical Issues, and documenting solutions.
Job Location: Lugbe, Abuja (Applicants must be resident in Lugbe, Airport Road or its environs)
Internship Allowance: N60,000
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults.
- Resolving network issues.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Providing timely and accurate feedback.
- Talking team through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
- Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
- Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
- Managing multiple cases at one time.
- Testing and evaluating new technologies.
Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Understanding of basic technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ability.
- Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to learn.
