Position Overview:
We seek a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. Key Responsibilities:
– Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms.
– Create and curate engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
– Write compelling copy for social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials.
– Monitor social media channels for trends, and respond to user comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
– Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and integrate social media with overall marketing strategies.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
– Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills.
– Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and their analytics tools.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to multitask, manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
– Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
– Experience with social media advertising campaigns.
– Knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
– Familiarity with video editing software.
– Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
