Job Description
- We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our sales team as a Real Estate Sales Agent.
- This role is remote but you must reside in FCT.
Location: Remote (Abuja)
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various channels including referrals, networking, and online platforms.
- Schedule property viewings with potential clients.
- Provide comprehensive information about properties to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve high sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees with 2 – 5 years relevant work experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
