This unique initiative aims to foster innovation in the renewable energy sector, offering young African entrepreneurs a platform to scale up their businesses and bring forward groundbreaking solutions for the continent’s energy transition.

With the support of renowned partners such as Enel Green Power, European Investment Bank, EDP, EY Foundation, CSIR, and SAICA ED, RAISEAfrica is set to continue its mission to drive impactful change by providing entrepreneurs with the resources they need to succeed.

The program offers both pre-acceleration and acceleration tracks designed to cater to entrepreneurs at different stages of their journey.

Eligibility Criterias for the RES4Africa Renewables Accelerator Program 2025

- Entrepreneurs aged 18-35 from across Africa with innovative solutions addressing the renewable energy sector are invited to apply.
- Solutions can range from early-stage concepts to established projects looking to scale.
- Thematic Focus: Applications are encouraged from young entrepreneurs working on solutions that focus on technology, manufacturing, digitalization, the water-energy-food nexus, circular economy, and new business models within the renewable energy space.

Perks of participating in the RES4Africa Renewables Accelerator Program 2025

Monetary Prizes:

Participants will receive an entry token of €3,000, with the chance to compete for the “Young Talent of the Year” award, offering a cash prize between €5,000 and €10,000.
