Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement new designs for websites, desktop applications, and Android/iOS platforms.
- Optimize existing user interfaces for improved usability.
- Test designs for intuitiveness and overall user experience.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Develop technical and business requirements, ensuring user-centered solutions.
- Combine creativity with design principles to enhance visual appeal.
- Create and test prototypes for new product ideas before implementation.
- Conduct ongoing user research to improve design solutions.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- A portfolio showcasing your UI design work.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to discuss and explain design options clearly.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and a customer-centered approach.
- Proficiency in Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver).
- 3 years of experience with HTML5 & CSS3.
- Knowledge of usability factors in Human-Computer Interaction.
