Content Creator
Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly
Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit compelling content for digital channels, including articles, social media posts, videos, and newsletters.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and audience preferences.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members to create cohesive and visually appealing content.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, making recommendations for improvement.
- Manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery and consistency across platforms.
- Engage with followers on social media and respond to comments and inquiries.
- Stay current with best practices in content marketing and SEO strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or social media management, at least 2 years.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in using content management systems and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Graphics Designer
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000/month
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with client goals and brand identity.
- Create visual content for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to deliver compelling graphics that support campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare and finalize designs for print and digital production, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance design quality and efficiency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in UX/UI design
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a bonus.
