Talent Hackers is looking for a talented Graphic Designer & UI/UX Design Expert to develop visually captivating graphics and design user-friendly digital assets.
This role involves creating compelling content for social media, blogs, and newsletters, as well as designing engaging user interfaces that improve user experience and enhance brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities
- Visual Design: Create graphics for social media, blogs, newsletters, presentations, and landing pages.
- Content Marketing Assets: Design infographics, eBooks, and lead magnets to simplify complex information.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- UI/UX Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for the website and other digital platforms.
- User Research & Testing: Conduct user research and testing to enhance design effectiveness.
- Prototypes & Mockups: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to aid web development.
- Content Optimization: Create custom landing pages and optimize content marketing assets like email templates.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Design Skills: Proficient in typography, color theory, and layout design for digital and print.
- Design Tools: Skilled in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- UI/UX Knowledge: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Availability: Able to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
Nice-to-Haves
- Video Editing: Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Motion Graphics: Familiarity with software like After Effects.
- Storytelling Skills: Ability to create engaging content by combining visuals, audio, and effects.
