This role will play a key part in enhancing user engagement, creating an intuitive and enjoyable user experience with a polished, professional look.

Job Description & Responsibilities
- Work closely with design and development teams to plan and create animation sequences that enhance user experience without being intrusive.
- Develop and implement subtle micro animations to guide users through workflows within the application.
- Design lightweight, responsive SVG animations tailored for web interfaces.
- Create page and component transition animations for a smooth, interactive user journey.
- Stay informed on animation trends and best practices, advising the team to keep our application fresh and accessible.
Requirements
- Proven experience in web application animation with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Proficiency in Lottie and SVG animation tools and techniques.
- Strong skills in CSS, JavaScript, and HTML5, focusing on animations that integrate seamlessly with web technologies.
- Solid understanding of UX principles and the role of animation in enhancing usability.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts through clear, animated explanations.
- Excellent eye for detail and aesthetics aligned with our brand identity.
