It offers a third-party sales marketplace/extension and first-party direct retail spanning various categories including consumer premium electronic gadgets such as computers & accessories, iPhones, laptops, headphone,backup storage devices, and other ICT premium products.
Responsibilities
- Data collection and sending of text messages to Customers and partners. (Via SMS Â and Whatapp).
- Responding to customers complaints and taking orders online.
- Sourcing for Accessories and laptop component within the market.
- Working with the brand Manager with content.
- Planning meetings and updating of Pt-word goals set to be achieve and achieved.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- A strong understanding of the product they are selling.
- Able to build rapport (listening and engaging with the customer).
- Show authenticity.
- Information management.
- A strong understanding of your target.
- Speak fluent English & creativity in creating content.
- Know how to use phone/Laptop device.
