1.) Senior Lead – Sales and Trade Development (Owerri Sales and Distribution)
Mission
- To promote MTN brand and deliver on monthly sales targets and other expectations as required by the division.
- To lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives, Mobilite Consultants, Field Support Agents, and SRAA.
Education:
- A First Degree in any relevant discipline
- Fluent in English.
Experience:
3 – 7 years experience including:
- Experience working in a medium-sized organization
- Experience using data mining tools
- Telecoms experience would be an added advantage.

2.) Manager – Digital Marketing, Marketing
Education:
- First Degree in a Business-related or any Social Science discipline
- A post-graduate degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline will be an added advantage
- Relevant certification in Digital Marketing
- APCON Certification
- Fluent in English.
Experience:
Experience: 6 – 13 years’ experience which includes:
- At least 4 years in digital marketing driving digital strategy & advertising
- At least 1 year core marketing experience
- Experience in leading teams and agency relationships in planning and developing digital campaigns
- Proficiency in the use of Digital Marketing tools like, Google analytics, Mix Panel, Apps flyer, Metabase, Data studio, MailChimp etc.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

3.) Specialist – Operations Support System, Network
Education:
- First Degree in Electrical/Electronic or Computer Science or related discipline
- Unix/Linux certification is desirable

Experience:

Educational Qualification

9.) Manager, Service Performance – Information Technology
Educational Qualifications
- First Degree or HND in Computer Science / Engineering, Information Systems, related field.
- Fluent in English
Experience:
- 6 – 13 years’ experience which includes:
- Minimum of 5 – 7 years’ experience in IT Service Performance and Capacity Management with experience in supervising highly performing teams
- Possess appropriate certification such as ITIL v3 or V4, SRE, DevOps, COBIT, Azure cloud architect, ITAM, Certified Agile Project Manager or, Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- In-depth knowledge of business process modelling, IT Capacity Management, SRE, DevOps, ServiceNow
- Proficient in Open source and enterprise monitoring tools like : AppDynamics, Datadog, Dyntrace, BMC Trusight, statestack, Grafana,Kubana.,Elastic search etc.
- Strong knowledge and understanding performing risk analyses, business impact analyses and strong data Analysis
- Experience in preparing, reviewing, and reporting IT service availability and Performance
- A good understanding of available and emerging IT technologies in AIOPS and Full stack observability
- Experience and understanding of Windows, Unix, Virtual Machines, Hyper Converged Infrastructure, SAN, SDN, Network , Kubernetes Database.
