The Venture in Management Program (ViMP) is an annual week-long intensive program designed by JA Nigeria in partnership with Lagos Business School (LBS) to prepare selected members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and recent graduates of not more than 27 years for the workforce while introducing them to the different facets of managing a business, making crucial business decisions and developing skills for General Management.
Applications are encouraged from recent graduates who are entrepreneurs, business owners or aspiring entrepreneurs in diverse focus areas.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Aspiring ViMP fellows must be between 18 and 27.
- Aspiring fellow must be a Nigerian
- Aspiring fellows must be recent graduates or currently participating in the NYSC
- Aspiring fellows must a significant and measurable positive impact in the communities
- Aspiring fellows must demonstrate leadership
- Aspiring fellows must be able to commit their time to participate fully in the fellowship; 100% attendance, mentorship sessions, assignments, CSR project and other activities.
Selection Criteria
- Kindly note that all applications will go through a rigorous screening process after which the top 100 candidates will be selected.
