Key Responsibilities:
- Department Rotation: Gain a well-rounded understanding of the business through structured rotations in departments like Marketing, Operations, Communications, and Customer Relations.
- Project Support: Assist in daily tasks, projects, and department-led initiatives.
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, analyze, and present data to enhance decision-making.
- Skill Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports and presentations on key findings.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams and stakeholders across departments.
- Feedback & Improvement: Actively seek feedback to improve performance.
- Compliance: Follow company policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Science-related field, Business Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 0–2 years (Internship experience is a plus).
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of healthcare and health-tech.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
