Eligibility Criterias for the Fully Funded JET Internship 2025

The Internship is open to all the Nationals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
Pursuing a degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts
Highly motivated and eager to learn

Responsibilities of the Intern

Meet and Greet with Guests and offer them a seat
Take and serve food and beverage orders
Address customer needs and inquiries
Efficiently communicate orders to the kitchen
Memorize and recommend menu items
Upsell appetizers and drinks according to Jumeirah standards

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Answer guest inquiries about menu items.
Explain menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Inform guests of potential allergens in dishes.
Accurately take food and beverage orders, including special requests.
Communicate orders to the kitchen.
Adhere to Jumeirah food handling and serving standards.
