Full Stack Developer Needed at Busy Bee HR Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead the development of our HR and wellbeing platform. In this fully remote role, you will collaborate with our internal team to ensure the application is intuitive, secure, and scalable.

You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, integrating features like HR document management, employee wellbeing tracking, and remote engagement tools to help launch this innovative platform.

Compensation: NGN 150,000 – 250,000

Job Description/Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Convert business requirements into precise technical specifications.
• Design and develop both the front-end and back-end elements of the app.
• Build scalable and secure APIs for HR document management and wellbeing features.
• Ensure seamless user experiences across various devices and platforms.
• Conduct code reviews and recommend improvements.
• Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive employee data.
• Test, debug, and optimize the application for peak performance.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in a project-based environment.
• Expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React/Angular/Vue.js.
• Strong back-end development experience with Node.js, Python, Ruby, or equivalent technologies.
• Proficient in database management systems like SQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with API design and development (REST, GraphQL).
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Track record of developing secure, data-sensitive applications.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience developing HR or wellbeing-related platforms.
• Knowledge of mobile app development frameworks like React Native or Flutter.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Previous experience with remote-first organizations or distributed teams.
