Key Responsibilities
- Backend Development: Develop and maintain web applications using Django and Django Rest Framework, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Frontend Development: Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces with HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery, aligning with modern design trends and user experience standards.
- Product Development: Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and technical teams to understand client needs and deliver comprehensive technical solutions that align with project goals.
- Rapid Prototyping: Quickly develop and iterate on minimum viable products (MVPs) and features, contributing to the agile development cycle and product improvement.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and insights during project planning and execution phases, ensuring the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to refine and validate development approaches, presenting technical solutions and progress updates.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest technology trends, tools, and methodologies relevant to full stack development, aiming for continuous improvement in your work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on Django and Django Rest Framework for backend development.
- Expertise in frontend development using HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing project requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting technical feasibility studies and contributing to the creation of recommendation documents is a plus.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional experience working with Django and Python.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying high-quality web applications in production, not just portfolio projects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Agile/Scrum experience is preferred.
