Job Title: Content Creator / Social Media Handler

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Work Mode: Hybrid

Salary: N150,000 monthly.

Job Description

  • We are looking for a Content Creator / Social Media Handler who will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, increase brand awareness, and improve our marketing efforts.
  • The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, skilled in content creation, and knowledgeable about the latest social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create engaging content, including text, images, and videos, that align with our brand voice and objectives.
  • Monitor, track, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create content that promotes company products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a community around our brand.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Proven experience in creating engaging content across various social media platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of social media analytics and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is compulsory.
