At the 12th HR Bootcamp Conference, we will be celebrating Talent in the HR Community and elevating HR excellence with the second edition of the HR Talent Show.
The HR Talent Show is a one-of-a-kind celebration set to spotlight the exceptional everyday talent within the dynamic HR community.
Unlike conventional accolades that focus on HR expertise, our show aims to unearth and celebrate the diverse array of skills that HR professionals bring to the table besides their day-to-day work.
This talent show is exclusively open to HR professionals living in Nigeria who possess talent beyond their HR roles.
- Participants must be 18 years and above.
- Participants must currently be employed full-time in an HR role and should have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in an HR function.
- Participants can perform as an individual or a group.
- To enter the talent show, participants are required to submit a video showcasing their talent. Videos must be in MP4 format and not more than 3 minutes long.
- All entries must be a performing art e.g. music, rap, dance, drama etc.
- The video must be uploaded to your Instagram account and any other account of your choice while tagging Kendor Consulting across all platforms. Use the hashtag: #hrtalentshow in the caption/description.
- The link to the video uploaded on Instagram should be inserted in the Register To Win Section below.
- Performances must not promote or condone any form of discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic, by international human rights standards.
- Participants should have a clean legal record and exhibit good moral character.
- Shortlisted participants must be ready for physical presentations on the day of the event.
- The event organizers reserve the right to withdraw or withhold any form of gifts, prize money, awards, or other benefits, if a participant is found to have violated any of the regulations, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activities, or failed to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this document. Such decisions will be made at the sole discretion of the organizers and are final and binding.
- The event organizers reserve the right to amend or modify these regulations if necessary. Any disputes will be resolved by international standards of fairness and due process.

Winners will be celebrated and awarded up to NGN2 million in prizes.
