Taiwan ICDF HES Program 2025 for International Students

Taiwan ICDF HES Program 2025 for International Students

The International Higher Education Scholarship (HES) Program, central to the TaiwanICDF, offers full scholarships to outstanding students from partner countries to pursue higher education in Taiwan through collaborations with local universities.

Since 1998, the TaiwanICDF has collaborated with partner universities in Taiwan to establish the Taiwan International Cooperation Alliance (TICA), creating an operational platform to leverage and optimize the scholarship program under this TICA framework.
