- Applicant must be a full-time student in any PUBLIC tertiary institution (Universities, Polytechnics, Colleges, and School of Nursing) in NIGERIA.
- He/She must be a confirmed student of a PUBLIC tertiary institution in NIGERIA.
- He/She must have been admitted not later than 2023/2024 academic session.
- He/She must have a JAMB admission letter and school identity card as a proof of studentship
