Job Description
- Softhills is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Graduate Trainees.
- This position is designed for recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow within our organization.
- The Graduate Trainee will receive hands-on training and mentorship in various departments, gaining valuable experience that will contribute to their professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in an intensive training program to understand company operations and culture.
- Rotate through various departments, including [specify departments, e.g., sales, marketing, customer service, logistics], to gain a comprehensive understanding of business functions.
- Assist in daily tasks and projects as assigned by department supervisors.
