As an Associate Product Manager Intern, you will help us shape new product ideas and improve existing features to further our mission.
What You’ll Do
As a Product Manager Intern, you’ll have ownership of specific features and work on projects that will directly impact Duolingo’s learners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading Product Features: Take a feature through the entire product development cycle, from ideation to release and beyond.
- Research & Market Analysis: Conduct research, analyze market trends, and develop a product roadmap for a key component of Duolingo’s business. Past projects have included improving Asian language education, exploring emerging market strategies, and developing offline learning features.
- Collaborating with UI/UX Designers: Work closely with designers to ensure that features are intuitive and enhance the user experience.
- Guiding Engineers: Collaborate with engineers to support feature development and ensure technical feasibility.
- Quantitative Analysis: Analyze feature performance, gather user feedback, and find optimization opportunities for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should be:
- Currently Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree: You should be in a technical field, with an expected graduation date in Fall 2025 or Spring/Summer 2026.
- A Proven Leader: Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of driving initiatives.
- Data-Driven: Skilled in using user insights, statistical analyses, and data to make informed decisions.
- User-Focused: Passionate about creating intuitive user experiences and solving problems.
- Fast Learner: Eager to adapt quickly and tackle new challenges with creativity and innovation.
- Committed to Impact: Driven by the desire to make the world better through technology and education.

Compensation
- Hourly Range: $50 – $52 USD.
