Job Description

As a Virtual Assistant Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting our team by managing various tasks that contribute to smooth operations and excellent client service.

This position is fully remote, with occasional physical check-ins required in Ibadan.

Your responsibilities will include providing timely assistance across multiple projects, managing communications, scheduling, and performing administrative tasks as needed.

Key Qualifications

Recent graduate with less than two years of post-NYSC experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Google Docs, WordPress, Canva, and CapCut.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Detail-oriented with effective prioritization skills.
