Remuneration: NGN 400,000 – NGN 900,000.
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive remote training content on key product and project management principles, methodologies (e.g., Agile and Scrum), and industry best practices.
- Facilitate interactive workshops, simulations, and group discussions in a virtual environment, ensuring engaging remote learning experiences.
- Mentor participants by providing expert guidance, feedback, and support to enhance their project and product management competencies.
- Regularly assess participant progress through evaluations, case studies, and project work, offering constructive feedback to help them meet and exceed performance standards.
- Continuously update training materials to reflect the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the field, ensuring the curriculum remains relevant and effective for remote learners.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of professional experience in project or product management.
- Proven experience in creating and delivering effective project/product management training, particularly in a remote learning setting.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello), methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire remote learners.
- Comfortable using and teaching with digital tools and platforms in a virtual environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage, motivate, and support learners remotely.
- Minimum academic qualification: OND.
- A professional certification in Project Management is an added advantage.
