Job Title: Video Editor
Location: Abule Egba, Lagos

Salary: N50,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
Job Summary
- We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editors to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing (most time recording) and assembling recorded raw material into a polished, engaging final product that aligns with our brand’s vision and objectives.
- This role requires a strong eye for detail, creativity, and technical proficiency in video editing software.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into compelling video content suitable for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and deliver videos that effectively communicate the intended message.
- Add music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance the overall quality and impact of the videos.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent style and tone.
- Manage and organize video files, maintaining a well-organized archive of all projects.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, techniques, and tools to continually improve the quality of work.
- Optimize video content for different platforms, ensuring the best possible quality and format for each use case.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of an OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in video editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
- Ability to work with various video and audio formats and integrate graphics, animations, and effects.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong sense of visual storytelling.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a creative team.
- Must reside within the Abule Egba, Lagos axis.
