Job Description

• The social media digital intern will support the marketing team in executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with audiences and drive online traffic.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing (optional)

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and scheduling social media content
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews.
• Analyze engagement metrics and report on performance.
• Conduct social media research and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
• Assist in creating social media campaigns and promotions.
• Help manage social media accounts and ensure consistency.
• Create basic graphic design and video content (if applicable).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Communications, etc.).
• Learn and adapt to new social media tools and platforms.
• Provide support for social media events and activations (if applicable).
