Digital Marketing Executive Needed at the WeCo Communications

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each client’s objectives, leveraging various digital channels and setting measurable KPIs.
• Collaborate with our creative team to craft engaging content for social media, web, and email campaigns.
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to maximize ROI.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and on-page optimization to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Implement multivariate and A/B tests to optimize the online user experience and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and provide data-driven recommendations to clients.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape through market research and analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and growth opportunities.

Requirements and skills  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
• Proficiency in B2C social media marketing, Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
• Working knowledge of ad tools such as Google Ads, SEMrush, Mailchimp, etc.
• Strong creative writing skills and the ability to craft compelling content.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Leadership qualities and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
