Rising Tide Africa is recruiting for two roles:
- Community Manager
- Operations Analyst
- Investment Analyst
Qualifications for Operations Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in any administrative or managerial discipline, an MSc/MBA is a substantial plus
- Solid experience using a range of tools including WhatsApp, Slack, Google Suite, Microsoft team
- Proven work experience in administrative or operations-related roles
- Capacity to author high-quality documents and presentations including reports, project plans and budgets when necessary
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work collaboratively with entrepreneurs and clients from diverse backgrounds
Qualifications for Community Manager
- B.Sc. in communications, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in community management, social media management, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of work experience post-NYSC
- Proven work experience in management or senior operations-related roles.
- Flexible forward thinker who is proactive and takes initiative.
