Paid Internship: 2025 KAUST Student Research Program in Saudi Arabia | Fully Funded
Applications are open to apply for the KAUST Student Research Program 2025 which is a fully funded Internship in Saudi Arabia for Bachelor’s and Master’s Students.
The Duration of the KAUST VSRP Internship is 3 to 6 Months. Participants will work on a Research Project that aligns with their interests Under the Guidance and supervision of the KAUST Faculty.
The Good thing about this program is you can choose start and end dates at any point throughout the year and all the expenses are covered including Access to the KAUST Labs and other Social Activities.

Eligibility Criterias for the 2025 KAUST Student Research Program
- The Internship is open to applicants from all around the world.
- Undergraduate Students must be in their third year of a Bachelor’s Degree program.
- Graduate Students must be enrolled in a Master’s Degree program.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5/4.0 or 14/20 (ECTS B).
- English Proficiency:
- TOEFL IBT score of 79 or higher.
- IELTS score of 6.5 or higher.
