Applications are open for the Jumeirah Group Corporate IT Internship 2025 in Dubai. The Objective of the Internship is to get hands-on experience and provide technical support.
The Internship is open to students enrolled in a Bachelor’s, or master’s degree program and pursuing a career in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
There is no application Fee, and IELTS is also not required. The Duration of the Internship is Six Months.
This is a Fully Funded Internship in Dubai. In addition to the Monthly Salary, all interns will get Flight Tickets, Accommodation, Insurance, Meals, and other discount Packages.

Intern Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Support:
- Assist employees with hardware and software issues.
- Resolve technical problems via various communication channels.
- Active Directory Management:
- Assist in Active Directory Reporting and Reconciliation.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
- IT Asset Management:
- Collaborate with IT personnel to maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Provide “Hands & Feet” support for the movement of IT assets.
- ITIL Processes:
- Participate in Support & Incident management following ITIL processes.
- User Access Management:
- Assist in User Access Management for hospitality applications.
- Systems Administration:
- Contribute to IT Systems Administration for hospitality applications.
- New Hotel Openings:
- Support IT-related tasks for New Hotel Openings, ensuring smooth IT transitions.
- Data Protection:
- Liaise with vendors for initiatives related to the Data Protection Office.
- Facilitate data protection initiatives.
