2025 GovAI Summer Fellowship in London (Fully Funded)
The Applications are open to apply for the GovAI Summer Fellowship 2025. The GovAI is looking for early-career individuals, and professionals new to AI governance to join their team in London and learn more about AI Governance and make connections with other fellows and experienced practitioners.
AI Governance means to set the rules, principles, and responsible AI development and its ethical use. Fellows will Join the Summer Fellowship in London and they will conduct independent research on a topic of their choice under the Guidance of the supervisor.
There is no application fee and there are no specific educational requirements for this Fellowship. The GovAI will also sponsor the Visa for the applicants.
The Objective of the Fellowship is to invite applicants to conduct a Research of their choice on AI Governance. AI Governance involves a set of principles, policies, and practices designed to guide AI research, development, and deployment.
Each Fellow will be assigned a supervisor from the GovAI team or its affiliate network. The GovAI Fellowship alumni have secured positions at leading AI companies (DeepMind, OpenAI, Anthropic).

- Candidates from a broad set of disciplines including political science, public policy, computer science, economics, history, sociology, philosophy, and law can apply.
- There are no specific educational requirements.
- Applicant must have relevant study, research experience, or professional experience in related areas.
