Global Call: 12th Heidelberg Laureate Forum 2025 (HLF) in Germany
The application process for the 12th Heidelberg Laureate Forum has begun! Young researchers in mathematics and computer science from all over the world can apply for one of the 200 exclusive spots to participate in the Heidelberg Laureate Forum (HLF), an annual networking conference in Germany.
The HLF offers all accepted young researchers the unique opportunity to interact with the laureates of the most prestigious prizes in the fields of mathematics and computer science.
Traditionally, the recipients of the Abel Prize, the ACM A.M. Turing Award, the ACM Prize in Computing, the Fields Medal, the IMU Abacus Medal and the Nevanlinna Prize engage in cross-generational scientific dialogue with young researchers in Heidelberg, Germany.
An Annual Forum in the Heidelberg from the 13th to the 20th of September 2025 open to Undergraduate, Master, Graduate, PhD, and Postdoc applicants.
The Objective of the HLF Forum is to bring together the brightest minds from Mathematics and Computer science or related fields to connect with other scientific experts and engage with some of the foremost stars of their fields.
It’s a unique Fully Funded conference where young applicants get to interact with the recipients of the most prestigious awards in their fields.

Requirements for the 12th Heidelberg Laureate Forum 2025
- The HLF Forum is open to all the Nationals.
- Students of mathematics and computer science (or closely related fields) can apply.
- Undergraduate/Pre-Master students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree are eligible.
- Those who are enrolled in a PhD program can also apply.
- Postdoc: Earned a PhD within the past 5 years. This includes individuals working in the private sector or as Assistant Professors.
